Angela Parry Paterakis has directed and chaired art education training programs for future teachers of art. She has been recognized locally and nationally for her advocacy role in the arts and arts education. Mrs. Paterakis has served on the National Hellenic Museum Board for many years, co-chairing the Exhibitions Committee. She has helped in the development and mounting of such noteworthy exhibitions as Philoxenia: A Friend to the Stranger. She has a passion for and commitment to bringing quality arts programs to the public.
