GROUP TOUR REQUEST FORM
Please submit your request at least three weeks before the desired date of your program. After your tour is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation letter and additional materials. If you do not receive a confirmation letter on museum letterhead, you do not have a reservation.
Groups that cancel within two weeks of the scheduled program will be subject to a cancellation fee. A copy of our cancellation policy will be sent with your confirmation letter.
